Welcome to **Vintoxa**! This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Vintoxa Team ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the Vintoxa mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using **Vintoxa**, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not access or use the App. We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, and your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use **Vintoxa**. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and comply with its terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use Vintoxa for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App in any way.

4. User Responsibilities

When using **Vintoxa**, you agree with the following:

• Compliance with Laws: You will use the App only in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or using the App.

• Prohibited Conduct: You must not engage in any conduct that is illegal, harmful, or disruptive, including:

-Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

-Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.

-Accessing or attempting to access unauthorized areas of the App or our servers.

-Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or our services.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

a) User-Generated Content

Vintoxa may allow you to create, upload, or share content, such as photos, messages, or other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Vintoxa Team a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, modify, display, and distribute your User Content for the purposes of operating and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant us the above license. We are not responsible for any User Content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

b) Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Vintoxa Team or our licensors. You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Fees and Payments

Vintoxa may offer free and paid services or features. If you purchase any paid services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but we will provide notice of any pricing changes.

 7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Vintoxa at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of this Agreement, failure to pay fees (if applicable), or engaging in prohibited conduct.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and any User Content associated with it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vintoxa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vintoxa Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of **Vintoxa**, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless **Vintoxa Team**, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

 11. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications or termination of the App.

12.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of Vintoxa will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts locally.
